Talent Management System (TMS) is an integrated software solution that covers the full of talent Acquisition, Development and Allocation. TMS provides three access levels for specific business functions: full access (HR/Admin), extended access (Manager) and limited access (employee).
TMS dashboard include company news and notes, summary of a candidate experience (personal info, latest engagements, grades for projects, completed training), entering planned time, input and output request of projects).
Talent Allocation
This module include list of current employees with information about qualifications and skills, list of finished, ongoing and upcoming projects, board with actual vacancies for projects.
Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition is recruiter assistant. Overall performance and key KPIs in recruitment process are represented in the module. Candidate are displayed at each stage of the recruitment process. HR can manage of candidates through all recruitment stages. Manager is able to control the stages of hiring and the its cost.
Talent Development
This module include list of programs and separate courses. One represents selected programs and list of students assigned to this mentor. Everyone with corresponded access level can monitoring progress, verifying and grading programs.
